Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students

As an organization affiliated with the Student National Medical Association, MAPS aims to provide underrepresented pre-health students with skills, opportunities, and a community that will help diversify all health professions. We work to improve the matriculation rates of minority students into all professional health-related programs, encourage the development of culturally conscious healthcare professionals, and create stronger networks for students. While we do hold various social gatherings, our pre-health focused events include but are not limited to guest speakers, shadowing or volunteering opportunities, and test-preparation workshops.
